So I dont know if its just me, but isnt the manhattan real estate market kind of sucking right now... I mean the same old crap is on the listings... and new listings are at a stand still... anyways through all my shuffling and searching I found this Manhattan gem in the heart of Battery Park City

Whats Happenin' Manhattan?!?

Well for all that dont know I am in love love love with Manhattan real estate and i am moving there in a few years with hopefully my best friend after he graduates from Med School! I am saving and plotting to spend about 1.4 million on a condo in the heart of Manhattan. So i am constantly online looking at condos that will fit my style. I only have a few Main criteria that the place i want to live in must have....

It has to have floor to ceiling windows
Must be a High Rise
The building needs to have a concierge/doorman service
Has to be upgraded with top notch finishes

So anyways once a week or maybe twice if im feeling zesty im going to post a condo hopeful that will hopefully one day be my home sweet home... so anywho here is my condo pick of the week...
